Learn tarot from the beginning
Four free guides that teach the deck in the order it makes sense in: structure first, then meanings, then spreads.
Tarot has a reputation for being hard to learn, and the standard approach earns it: 78 separate meanings, learned by rote, until you give up. The guides here take a different route. The deck has a structure — four suits, ten repeating numbers, a court, and 22 named cards that stand apart — and a structure is something you can actually teach.
Once the structure is in place, most meanings follow from it: you can work out what an unfamiliar card is saying from its suit and its number before you've studied it directly. The four guides below cover that skill in order — the study method, the first-week practicalities, the deck's two halves, and how spreads work. They're written to be read in sequence, and each one stands on its own.
